				<![CDATA[<p>But again, it needs to be put into context.  He wants Obama...as in his policies and philosophies...to fail.  That should not be a surprise to anyone.  The Obama plans are diametrically opposed to what conservatives stand for.</p>

<p>If you go earlier in the speech Limbaugh cites Obama as a tremendous speaker and motivator.  In fact he implores Obama to use his oratorical skills to encourage people to improve their lot in life, not to simply rely on government to provide for them.</p>]]>
