There are two members of the national political press corps who know Obama better than Rahm Emanuel, and Jeff Zeleny of the New York Times is one of them. After the press conference, I heard David Axelrod comforting a reporter whose name was on the questions list but whose turn didn't come up. "Well, if it hadn't been for one of your colleagues," he said, referring to Zeleny's quartet of adjectival queries. But really: Zeleny knows Obama. Covered him from his Chicago days. He can get away with stuff like this ... you could see it in the way Obama smiled at him. I think Zeleny covers Obama with a critical eye, but Obama clearly likes the handsome ex-Nebraskan and feels a kinship with him. They both went through a lot...together.

The people in this blog are an amalgam of what is wrong with our society and the modern day American Metro-sexual male. I'm sure a chill ran up your collective legs when Jeff Zeleny asked his "enchanting" question.

Speaking of enchanting, the last time I heard that word was in a ferry (ironic)tale...which is what you're being fed by the Obama Administration. After Obama tax and spends us into economic ruin and socializes the US, we can kiss the American Dream goodbye.

We have you psuedo intellectual knit wits to blame for this debacle. But I'm sure you don't mind...you can put your knee pads back on, get that enchanted gleam back in your eyes when you see the Messiah and all of you can apologize to the Iran, N. Korea, Venzuela, Socialistic Western Europe ad naseum for the USA being the greatest Republic the world has ever seen.
